- How much does it cost to rent a tent?
We tailor the costs based on the type of tent(s), size, additional features, rental period, and the desired location. You will receive a breakdown of all costs, including transport and any extra services, in a transparent quote with no surprises.
- How do I choose the right tent?
The ideal tent is chosen based on the type of event, the number of guests, and the location. Important factors to consider in your decision include capacity, the nature of the event, available space, and any additional amenities. Need help? Contact us!
- What flooring options do you offer?
We offer two types of flooring:
A wooden deck floor, which is placed directly on the ground and follows its contours, and a system floor, which is laid level and securely anchored for extra stability.
- How long does setup and dismantling take?
This depends on the materials you have booked. A small tent is obviously set up faster than a tent village. Do you have a strict deadline? Let us know, and we’ll ensure everything runs according to plan (within our capabilities).
- What information do I need for a quote?
The more information you provide, the better we can meet your needs.
We would appreciate receiving the following information:- Location address: Where should the tent be set up?
- Dimensions of the location: What are the exact dimensions without obstacles?
- Ground surface: What type of ground will the tent be on (grass, concrete, asphalt)?
- Anchoring: Can we drive stakes about 80 cm deep into the ground? Are there any pipes or cables at the location? If so, we will find an alternative anchoring method.
- Accessibility: Is the location easily accessible for our trucks (2.5 m wide, 18.75 m long, 4 m high), or would smaller transport be preferred?
- Walking distance: How far is it from the parking lot to the tent location?
- Access: Do we need to go through a building or residence to reach the setup location?
- Photo or floor plan: Do you have a photo or floor plan of the location?
- Setup and takedown dates: What are the desired dates? Are you flexible with the dates?
- Tent and accessories: Which tent(s) and sizes are you considering? Are there any extras, such as lighting or flooring, that you need?
- How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations are only accepted via email.
You can, of course, contact us by phone, but for an official cancellation, we require written confirmation.Cancellation Fees:
- If you cancel five days or more before setup, you will pay 50% of the rental price.
- If you cancel within five days, you will pay 80%.
- If you cancel 24 hours before or on the scheduled date of your project, you will pay the full rental price.
